4. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Entrada

These were the original CC&Rs for Entrada and were approved on 5 May 1988. On 7 January 1997 the Amendment and Restatement of Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions of Entrada Property Owners Association, Inc. to the right superceded the original CC&Rs.
