Kolb Road Case
As you all probably already know, Entrada was involved in litigation regarding the use of Kolb Road. That litigation is finally over, and the Arizona Supreme Court has declared Kolb Road a private road with public access. That means we are responsible for maintaining the road. We are still studying what the ramifications of the decision are and whether it applies to our other roads.
